 • Sign academic eligibility form

 • Fill out paperwork on Club Sports website

 

 • If driving, submit photo of license and insurance into       DoSportsEasy. License and insurance should be in the
   same photo or scan. 

 

 • Pay team dues by October 7, 2022

   Checks can be made to KSU Hunt Seat Team.

 • Register (or re-apply) and pay for IHSA Membership

 • Schedule weekly lessons at Skypoint
